Indigestion, a common symptom of all the age groups occurs by eating the food faster, or eating junk food, or too much of fatty foods, or eating at irregular timings, eating too early after the previous meal, too much of smoking, any emotional stress, staying up late, or consuming too many medicines, too much of coffee or tea, or alcohol, and so on.

You may feel heaviness or uneasiness in stomach, or stomach ache, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, acidity, weakness, headache, appetite loss, and so on. Indigestion even causes heartburns, uncontrollable burping or belching, bitter taste in the mouth, or bloating. Antacids can relieve you of indigestion; however, natural way of relieving indigestion is highly recommended. Natural way is not only very effective but also less expensive.
